APC bought Plaza Hotel

DMO is pleased with the purchase of the Plaza hotel by APC on Thursday September 17.

“The Plaza Hotel is a great asset in our city center, which is part of the Fund’s domestic investment portfolio. APC strives for a development that preserves the character of the Unesco World Heritage, but that also adds value to the product city center Curaçao and that ultimately contributes to the local economy,” APC said in a statement.

Despite the difficult times and challenges that Curaçao is currently experiencing, APC says it has confidence in the economy. It hopes to make a positive contribution to the economy with the purchase and development of the area.
