Hidden Heroes Revealed

The Hidden Heroes project is a duo collaboration between artists Avantia Damberg and Alena Davidovich. The artists met each other years ago during study years at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and became friends. They did several projects together in Amsterdam and now Avantia invited Lena to do an artist-in-residency here making murals together. The theme is Hidden Heroes, putting people in the spotlight who have added much to the emancipation and development of Curacao, but had little recognition (yet).
